Exporting logs and config files (Yealink)

How to export logs and configuration files using the phone's web interface:

Providing the support team with logs and/or configuration files can help them troubleshoot issues you may be having. You can download these files from the web interface and then send them to support for further analysis.

Note: Older Yealink devices may have a slightly different web interface that has the green header bar.

1. Access the Yealink phone's web interface (How to access the Yealink phone's web interface)
2. Navigate to Settings > Configuration.
   
3. Make the following changes to enable local logs:

   • Local Log section
     • Enable Local Log: Select On or Enable.
     • Local Log Level: Change to 6.
     • Max Logfile Size: Enter 2048.
   • Syslog section (optional)
     Note: For more information on setting up syslog, visit Yealink support.
     
     • Enable Syslog: Select On or Enable.
     • Syslog Server: Enter the server address that you want to export the logs to.
     • Syslog Transport Type: change to TCP.
     • Syslog Level: Change to 6.
2. Click Start to start the logging feature.
3. Repeat the process produce the issue on the Yealink phone.
4. Click Stop and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. The allconfig.zip file will automatically generate and download. If it doesn't, click Export.
